What is SheetPlan?

A standalone HTML app designed for desktop browsers. Open the downloaded file, enter rectangular parts and generate a layout. Each project uses one material, thickness and sheet size, with up to 500 pieces and 50 sheets.

Where are my projects stored?

Calculations run on your device. Explicitly save a project to download its JSON file, then reopen that file later. Keep your own backups; the app does not provide cloud sync.

Does it guarantee the lowest waste?

No. It compares 24 arrangements and shows the best one it finds. It does not guarantee a mathematically optimal layout or automatically identify grain direction. Rotation is controlled for each part.

Can I cut directly from the plan?

Check dimensions, blade width and grain orientation first. The geometric cut sequence does not assess machine safety, workholding or material defects.

Can I buy it now?

Not yet. SheetPlan is in pre-release testing. Pricing, purchasing and customer support details will be published when the download is ready for sale.
